- Preparing daily plans for production, directly supervising production in terms of labor, equipment and products, maintaining product quality, maintaining cost and productivity, and ensuring business progress according to plans and budgets.
- Participation in planning, organizing, directing and controlling production employees and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
- Participate in developing daily plans for the items to be produced according to orders received from the warehouse management and sales department
- Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes, application of quality standards and procedures in force in the company, and documentation of production processes
- Determine needs for raw materials, prepare orders for production process inputs, and submit them to the purchasing department
- Participate in determining the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production department, participate in selecting workers in the department, determine the training needs of each individual, train and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
- Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory
- Follow up on maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports regarding maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment
- Evaluating the progress of production operations and making the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost
- Submitting reports on everything related to the progress of production operations, achievements and failures to the direct manager
- Making recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on the performance evaluation of employees
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Proficiency in English
Preferably 3 years of experience in industrial oils
