- Preparing and following up on the implementation of the project work plan
- Develop future plans, implementation stages, and follow up on results
- Defining tasks and responsibilities for the work staff and following up on the completion of work and achieving goals
- Attending meetings and workshops with the supervising authority
- Proposing development ideas for governance and development procedures
- Ensure that the project phases are implemented and the project goal is achieved
- Providing support to the supervising authority regarding determining the entity’s requirements and the required work
- Display results, indicators and reports
- Follow up on recommendations, development ideas, and the implementation mechanism
- Communicating with the competent authorities in the supervising authority to meet the needs of the project staff
