- Supervision and support of the work staff (attendance and absence - vacations - staff requirements)
- Review and approve periodic reports and audit project outcomes
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the work staff
- Attending meetings and workshops
- Providing support to the supervising authority regarding requirements and additional work
- Determine periodic payments according to the disbursement plan and follow up on the periodic custody (disbursement - settlement)
- Proposing development ideas and the mechanism of their implementation
- Follow up on the results of the phone call to investors-beneficiaries
- Providing support to the supervising authority in additional and new requirements (according to the scope of work)
