Responsibilities:
Accounting operations:
- Recording all financial transactions in the books of accounts
- Review the validity of financial transactions
- Preparing periodic financial reports, such as income budgets and operations budgets
- Completing the monthly and annual closing processes
- Tax preparation
- Managing bank accounts
- Follow up on debts and receivables
- Review and control inventory
Financial analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and problems
- Providing recommendations to improve financial performance
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Financial risk assessment
communication:
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and employees about financial matters
- Provide a clear explanation of financial reports
- Writing analytical reports
The public accountant may be asked to perform additional duties, such as:
- Payroll management
- Preparing tax reports
- Managing audit operations
- Participate in business planning tasks
