- A sales specialist is required to work for an amusement park company (a leading entertainment company that owns and manages various entertainment sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Sales Specialist Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via daily phone calls and emails
- Follow up on all branches and their needs and send emails to each department to supply their needs
- Follow up the inventory of consumables in the branches and ensure that they match sales in the system
- Field work for sales and in company branches
- Follow up on sales procedures in all branches and match them to the system, including discounts and free coupons
- Follow up work on the systems, train sales staff, and add or delete products from the system after coordination with information technology
- Preparing quotations for companies after referring to the sales manager and program specialist
- Informing branch managers of new products and offers. Coordinating its effectiveness and validity with information technology
- Cancel or activate reservations through websites and ensure that the amounts are entered into the system
- Follow up on reports entered by branch managers on Walker
- Sending the names of the winners (contestants) weekly and submitting them for design and then for marketing
- Preparing presentations for the operations team and modifying them with design
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan
- Lead all promotions and offers for all brands
- Writing minutes of meetings and sending them to the Operations Department
- Assist the Sales and Operations Manager, and perform any tasks assigned during business hours
- Fulfilling any tasks requested by the direct manager or senior management
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in sales of travel, tourism, entertainment and hotel offers
Excellent English language
Teamwork skills and cooperation with the work team
Ability to organize time and organize tasks
Presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
Flexibility and ability to handle work pressures
Good understanding of IT devices and technologies and their business uses
Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities
