- Develop a work plan within the branches and follow up on its proper implementation
- Working to achieve the sales goals and targets for the branches
- Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and disbursement requests and ensure the accuracy of all outputs
- Supervising, directing, following up and controlling the entire work team in the branches and warehouses
- Training sales staff in terms of their selling abilities on a regular and ongoing basis
- Providing a clear sales and incentives plan (monthly - quarterly - annual), following up on it, implementing it, and submitting reports
- Conduct periodic meetings with sales staff and submit reports
Requirements:
5 years experience in sales management
Highly leadership and management skills
Forecasting skills and the power of observation
Negotiation skills in work areas
The ability to create and develop skills
