- Preparing the monthly trial balance and the annual budget of the association.
- Analyzing operational costs, determining the association’s financial position, and presenting effective proposals to reduce operating costs
- Internal audit of the Resource Development Department to ensure the validity and accuracy of the financial information provided
- Preparing disbursement documents for the association’s work and the projects and programs it implements
- Preparing accounting entries in accordance with the scientific principles followed in this field
- Preparing payroll, advances and other daily statements
- Preparing a statement of monthly or quarterly expenses and revenues or in accordance with the association’s work system
- Maintaining the confidentiality of data and information circulated within the scope of his work
- Review banks and institutions when needed
- Reviewing the association’s investments from an accounting perspective, their investment feasibility, and their compatibility with financial systems
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him in his field of competence
Requirements:
At least two years of experience
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
