Roles and responsibilities:
• Receiving job vacancies from the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs
• Receiving CVs and sorting them first through email (jobs - jobs).
• Delivered to the Human Resources Manager for a second sorting to confirm
• Coordinating with the Human Resources Manager to conduct personal interviews
• Attending personal interviews and writing a report on the interview for the Human Resources Manager
• Sending job offers and coordinating an appointment to start
• If the candidate refuses to send an apology and continue the search until the job vacancy is found
• Studying annual leave requests and approving them from the Human Resources Director
• Arranging annual leaves in Excel and in the Jisr program
• Follow up on letters from branches
• All letters related to employees, such as (salary definition - experience certificate, etc.)
• Add, delete and modify the fingerprint
• All letters related to employees, such as (salary definition - experience certificate, etc.)
• All administrative employee requests, such as (transfer - evacuation - immediate return from vacation - etc.)
• Follow up on the attendance and departure of employees and submit a report to the Human Resources Director on the extent of each employee’s commitment twice a month
• Approving salaries from the Human Resources Director and delivering them to the accounts for disbursement
• Issuing warnings and applying penalties
• Request medical, property and car insurance offers from insurance companies. Approval of the appropriate company from the General Manager
• Employee medical insurance additions, deletions and amendments
• Car insurance (add - delete - request account statements)
