- Coordination with the social and legal work team to discuss information and data related to beneficiaries that are relied upon in designing awareness-raising and training programs and activities, in addition to identifying the awareness guides and brochures that need to be prepared.
- Participation of the legal researcher and the work team to implement the plan to study the case in question
- Participation in committees and activities related to the center’s work
- Solve urgent problems and write a comprehensive statement of the nature of the problem and the steps of social action that have been taken
- Submit recommendations and observations to the center director and communicate with him if any problem occurs that requires his intervention
- Preparing a plan for the center’s awareness and training activities and programmes, and supervising and following up on their implementation
- Monitoring the cases during the implementation of the visit with the coordinators, directing the cases if there are any observations, and dealing with complaints and requests raised by the parties during the implementation of the visits.
- Study specialized experiences and practices in the field of social service and the extent to which it is possible to benefit from them, recommend appropriate methods, and conduct studies, analyzes and surveys to uncover social challenges and problems.
