- A receptionist is required to work full-time in Jubail
Responsibilities:
Front desk management:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and forward them in a professional manner
- Manage inquiries via phone, email and in person
Administrative support:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinating meetings and appointments as needed
Communication and collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Cooperating with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives
- Distribute messages and information internally as required
Attendance management:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and departure
- Monitor and follow up on matters related to attendance as needed
- Coordination with Human Resources for any attendance issues
Note taking and documentation:
- Take comprehensive and accurate notes during meetings and discussions
- Organizing and maintaining documents related to office activities
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and email systems
Proficiency in spoken and written English
communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking
Punctuality, reliability and attendance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
