A director is required for the Empowerment and Shared Services Center with at least 15 years of experience and the ability to control and monitor performance indicators, change management, and training work.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering with Master of Law or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
At least 15 years of experience
Accredited certificates in the field of training and project management
Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal communication
