Duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead contact for all matters related to customer account management
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Establishing relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive agencies
- Ensuring that our solutions are delivered timely and successfully according to clients' needs and goals
- Clearly communicate progress on monthly/monthly/monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Key account forecasts and metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Preparing reports on account status
- Make phone calls and conduct online meetings with potential customers to achieve sales goals
- Provide assistance with challenging customer requests or issue escalation requests as needed
Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills
Previous sales experience in software sales and company resource management systems
Experience in CRM software (eg Sales, Zoho CRM, Hubspot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience implementing customer-focused solutions to meet customer needs
Proven ability to complete multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail listening, negotiating and presenting abilities
