- Contributing to the preparation of the estimated budget for its administration, by filling out the forms related to this regard, to participate in preparing the estimated budget for the entire association.
- Working to develop a strategy for financial affairs and accounts emanating from the general strategy of the association
- Supervising the control of resources and expenses, and cooperating and coordinating with both his department and other departments to record financial data
- Supervising the development of the accounting system used in preparing accounting and financial data and information and showing the financial status of the association
- Supervising the preparation of the final accounts for the entire association, ensuring their completion on time, and following up on their auditing and approval
- Supervising the preparation of all financial and accounting reports that show the association’s financial position
- Reviewing the internal reports of the Board of Directors and using these reports as guidance in making amendments to the procedures and financial control system
- Keep a copy of the financial procedures and regulations after their approval and distribute them to the rest of the departments
