Main tasks:
- Reviewing employees’ attendance and departure records and dealing with them to disburse proper salaries due at the end of each month
- Interacting with complaints about salaries and providing solutions and settlements that satisfy the parties concerned. Based on the employee's contract
- Track hour rates, wages, benefits rates, and new data related to benefits
- Cooperating with employees and superiors and responding to questions related to entitlements
- Preparing reports for senior management and financial management on a regular basis
Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a payroll administrator
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
The ability to deal with different personalities
Good knowledge of legislation and legal regulations in this field
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs
