- Provide central support functions via Computer Assisted Facilities Management (CAFM) and other administrative duties. Develop asset inventory on CAFM from information provided by TFM team, contractors and operation and maintenance manuals
- Ensure that the asset register is up to date with respect to additions, deletions and changes, particularly those created through new business
- Ensure all assets are mapped to their correct location and data field combinations
- Relevant maintenance plans are applied to assets as specified in the Operation Manual
- Correct task descriptions link to all maintenance plans as defined by TOM
- Correct health and safety information relates to assets and maintenance tasks as defined by TOM
- All work carried out by internal staff and contractors, for both planned maintenance and reactive maintenance is recorded against the appropriate asset and that all spare parts and materials used are recorded against the correct asset
- Updating all supplier lists on the CAFM system
- Update all employee resource lists on the CAFM system
- Maintain all aspects of systems security including onboarding new users, assigning permissions and reporting on user activity
- Ensure delivery of high quality information to users through a range of reports and other media in accordance with departmental timelines or user requirements
- Liaise with CATRION IT and CAFM vendor support on various hardware and software issues, including upgrades and backups
- Liaise with the contract-based help desk(s) to ensure that the correct level of accurate information is recorded and they are informed of interactive tasks, ensuring they have sufficient up-to-date information regarding everyone's status
Requirements:
Diploma or secondary qualification
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
Knowledge of CAFM system
