- Develops a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at increasing ready mix concrete market share and achieving revenue goals. This includes analyzing the market, estimating demand, identifying new opportunities for expansion and improving operations
- Organizing and implementing sales operations, directing field sales operations to the sales team, following up on performance reports, and providing periodic analyses
- Responsible for directing and managing the sales team. This includes setting performance goals, distributing tasks, training employees, and providing advice and guidance to achieve desired results
- Cooperating with other departments within the factory to achieve integration in operations
- Follow up and analyze the team and sales performance and prepare periodic reports
- Implementing the company's marketing strategy, by identifying appropriate marketing channels and developing promotions and an advertising campaign to attract new customers
- Responsible for achieving the financial goals set for the factory. Develops sales budgets, monitors revenues, and analyzes financial results to identify future opportunities and improvements
- Build and foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Dealing with customer inquiries, providing technical advice and necessary information, and working to solve problems and meet customer needs
- Follow up on industrial trends, analyze market behavior and the movement of competitors in the ready-mixed concrete industry, and provide reports and recommendations to management regarding the improvements and modifications necessary to strengthen the plant’s position in the market.
- Preparing periodic reports, analyzing sales performance and achieving goals. Reports are directed to executive management and rely on available data and information to identify trends and make strategic decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering
More than 7 years of experience in sales in the ready-mixed concrete industry
