Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and create workforce plans
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent
- Promote positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Conduct investigations and direct human resources matters
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback
- Providing training and support to managers on performance-related matters
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and fair compensation structures
- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal and industry standards
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Keeping up with changes in labor laws and implementing the necessary updates
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience as an HR specialist or in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends
