- Supervising surveillance camera operations, dealing with and investigating alarm and fire emergency cases, and ensuring response to these cases around the clock
- Operate, monitor and maintain alarm systems and surveillance cameras, download and manage recordings for use in future investigations, and ensure compliance with data privacy rules and regulations
- Follow policies and procedures that comply with security laws and regulations and inform management of problems when they occur
- Reporting causes and consequences to management, and recommending a course of action
