• Implementing human resources policies and procedures
• Conduct recruitment processes and select suitable candidates
• Preparing and implementing training and development programs for employees
• Managing annual performance evaluations and providing support and advice
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and excellent communication skills in English
• Follow up and analyze human resources needs and provide suggestions to improve procedures
• Managing labor relations and resolving disputes between employees
• Implementing policies and procedures related to salaries, rewards and social benefits
• Update and maintain employee records accurately and reliably
• Monitoring legal changes and their implementation within the company
• Promoting company culture and values among employees
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
At least 2-3 years of practical experience in the field of human resources
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and labor legislation
The ability to process data accurately and quickly using computer programs
Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions independently
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment
Interest in continuous professional development and self-learning
The ability to work in a team spirit and cooperate with others effectively
