Main tasks:
• Administrative support: Providing administrative support to executive management, such as preparing presentations, reports, and official correspondence
• Office Management: Organize and manage the Executive Director's agenda, ensuring that tasks and meetings are carried out on time
• Information management: Collect, organize, and update important documents and data, such as reports, memos, and schedules
• Confidentiality of information: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive and important information and ensuring that it is not leaked outside the company
• Communication skills: dealing tactfully with customers, partners and employees, and providing support and assistance when needed
Requirements:
Diploma qualification or higher in executive secretarial, business administration, or any related specialty
General understanding of business management
Fluency in the English language, spoken and written
