- Develop a work plan within the exhibition and follow up on its proper implementation
- Organizing work inside the exhibition and distributing tasks to all employees in the exhibition
- Working to achieve the exhibition’s sales goals
- Supervising the entire exhibition facilities and ensuring their efficient operation
- Follow up with various parties internally and externally to solve any problems
- Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and disbursement requests and ensure the accuracy of the outputs
- Supervising, directing, following up and controlling the entire exhibition team
- Determine the training requirements for salespeople within the exhibition to raise the efficiency of sales performance
- Training sales officials on their selling abilities on a regular and ongoing basis
