• Develop and prepare guidance and counseling programs for new employees, and prepare monthly reports to clarify the extent to which performance levels have been achieved and the extent of their administrative discipline
• Participate in developing training needs for workers in all departmental units
• Participate with department supervisors in developing performance evaluation plans and developing them according to the needs of the administration
• Preparing the periodic report to clarify the levels of performance evaluation in the administration, and means of treating problems of low levels of performance
• Study and develop the internal organization of the department, and study the impact of this organization in terms of implementing operations and their flexibility
• Preparing the organizational structure of the department, clarifying the relationships between units, determining administrative titles, and distributing roles among the work team
• Describe and analyze jobs according to the management’s objectives and determine the qualifications that are appropriate for filling the jobs, such as the required academic qualifications and the type and duration of experience.
• Participate in conducting initial employment interviews
