- Assist in managing, directing and monitoring the overall performance of the organization with a special focus on logistics management
- Establish and provide directions and directions to the daily operations team, exemplifying commitment, organization, work experience, work ethic, habits and personal character.
- Effectively communicate support and assistance to the entire organization
- Strategic planning and management of logistics, transportation and trips for internal and external customers and according to project needs, and extreme liner operations to provide great customer service
- Support the direct manager, develop the organization’s plans to achieve goals, attend meetings, schedule and coordinate them as necessary
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements
- Subject to agreed standards, performance management, development, training and general support for all team members to ensure targets are achieved
- Participate in developing and preparing the strategy and general business planning of the organization with a special focus on logistics
- Delegate authority and responsibility to the supervision, accountability and review team
- Maintain accurate records of resource utilization and monitor expenditures to comply with budgetary controls and adherence to all organization policies and procedures
- Participate in periodic meetings and contribute to the process of identifying and implementing improvements

- Receiving all incoming materials and reconciling delivery orders
- Recording any discrepancies in received requests
- Develop and implement improved methods for material handling, inventory control, servicing, and cost reduction
- Communicate job expectations and coaches staff
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
- Holding meetings and coordinating activities with other departments
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure efficient use of buildings, assets and communication routes
- Using logistics information technology to improve procedures
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to requirements
- Supervising orders and arranging storage of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and others to achieve
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree qualification
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and projects
