- Representing the association before governmental and private agencies and signing agreements
- Coordinating the meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees, and supervising the documentation and implementation of the Board’s decisions
- Developing executive plans and estimated budgets in accordance with appropriation mechanisms
- Supervising and following up on the implementation of plans with the intended quality and within the budget
- Review and approve the disbursement of financial transactions within the limits of the approved budget and regulatory procedures
- Making administrative decisions to implement work, improve performance, and achieve the interests of the business
- Developing regulations and procedural guides for business in accordance with approved regulations and policies
- Monitoring and developing performance and work level and making the necessary adjustments
- Developing employees’ efficiency, attracting competent workers, and retaining them
- Making decisions to appoint employees and terminate their services according to established regulations
- Preserving the association’s funds, and ensuring the efficient use of funds, assets and inventory
- Submitting monthly and annual reports
Requirements:
General knowledge of the rules and procedures for working in civil society organizations
In-depth knowledge of administrative affairs work
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
