Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising the preparation of project progress reports, project challenges and risks management reports, reports measuring performance indicators and project success factors on a regular basis, and submitting reports related to the various parties concerned in the project and submitting them to the entity’s senior management.
- Supervising and directing the preparation of project plans and documents
- Determine the strategies and procedures necessary to provide project resources
- The ability to analyze and evaluate data and numbers related to the transactions and operations that take place on the project
- Evaluating individuals’ work performance, to make ideal decisions that achieve the desired goals, success, and profit
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project implementation
- Coordination and follow-up with all relevant parties in the project (contractor, consultant, beneficiary, contract management, finance, etc.)
- Ensure the quality and quantities of materials are in accordance with technical standards
- Conduct project review and create detailed reports for staff
- Follow up the project and fully supervise its implementation
- Submitting reports to the direct manager and senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Architecture)
Practical experience in government agencies and engineering consulting companies
PMP certified
