Roles and responsibilities
• Responsible for all the work of the Personnel Affairs Department and government platforms
• Follow up on the work contracts for new employees and create job files for them
• Preparing and following up data on documenting employee and worker contracts electronically
• Preparing monthly performance evaluation reports for employees
• Preparing residency data for expatriates and following up on expiration dates one month (30 days) in advance.
• Follow up on procedures for paying work permit fees and renewing residency permits with the financial department
• Work and fully supervise all government platforms related to human resources management, such as (forces - resident - social insurance - electronic services for the labor office, etc.).
• Review resignations and all end-of-service procedures and make and follow up on releases for any employee who leaves work
• Issuing salary identification letters, whether certified by the Chamber of Commerce or not
• Issuing experience certificates for outgoing employees
• Follow up on all types of vacations for all employees
• Responsible for social insurance in terms of entries and exits according to the legal dates for each case
• Issuing the monthly social insurance bill and following up on payment
• Supervising medical insurance in terms of the entries of new employees and the exit of those whose services have ended according to their actual dates
• Follow up on the expiry dates of all government documents for employees, whether passports, residencies, or work permits
• Preparing and following up electronically documenting employee and worker contracts
• Carrying out any new related work assigned to him
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the same or similar field
Proficiency in dealing with all government platforms related to labor and insurance regulations
Familiar with the Saudi Labor Law and Social Insurance and what is new to them
Proficient in dealing with Office programs and HRIS human resources systems
