- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Creating and reviewing product and process specifications
- Determine requirements for raw materials and intermediate products for suppliers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other employees and provide guidance and instructions
- Supervising all product development procedures to determine the percentage of errors and quality standards
- Monitor and inspect the final output and compare characteristics to requirements
- Supervising the approval or rejection of invalid products
- Maintaining the organization’s documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyses
- Continuous evaluation of customer reactions and the extent of their satisfaction with products and services
- Sending detailed reports to executives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Previous experience as a quality manager or supervising the quality department
