- A project management secretary is required to work for a maintenance and operation contracting company in Riyadh
mission:
- Support the director or management by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, helping to coordinate essential projects and managing the agenda
- Taking dictated notes, using shorthand (quick typing), and copying correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings, and reviewing and formatting them according to office standards.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, examining, recording and distributing mail correspondence
- Establish and maintain systems for keeping files and records, and save all documents on a regular basis
- Receiving, sorting and routing phone calls from employees and external customers, receiving phone messages, answering callers’ questions, and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Screening meeting requests and appointments, coordinating meeting participant schedules, setting meeting times, securing the meeting room and preparing the agenda
- Cooperation with various departments for the success of work and various offers
