• Defining and implementing guiding and strategic concepts and principles in various creative projects and supervising them until they are completed and delivered.
• Collaborate with executives to find out all customer requirements
• Directing and motivating the work team, including the art director, illustrators, content writers, etc., to help them use their talents effectively
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with the work team to extract creative ideas
• Writing and designing ideas that meet customer needs and help develop the organization
• Review content and designs, approve or reject them, and provide feedback to the work team
• Training and guiding the work team to improve their performance
• Monitoring the results and efforts of the work team and providing suggestions that help improve continuously
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience in the Saudi labor market
Practical experience in the creative field, marketing and graphic design
Previous work demonstrating the implementation of creative ideas
Possessing and practicing leadership skills to manage design teams and technical tasks and direct them in a sound and balanced manner
The ability to work under pressure and manage more than one project at a time effectively and efficiently
Have an aesthetic visual vision and pay attention to the smallest details of designs and their analysis
Good knowledge of design tools Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign
Proficiency in leadership, organization and task division skills
Ability to handle different data and perform analyses
