Requirements:
Experience in training centers and courses
Proficiency in using different training and development methods
Ability to deal with e-learning platforms
Experience in project management and setting budgets
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs and education management systems
Distinctive communication and negotiation skills
The ability to build a relationship with employees in all departments
