- Reviewing procurement data and information in the electronic procurement system
- Preparing purchase requests and coordinating with organizational units to provide various technical and logistical requirements
- Review, confirm, document, and inform those concerned about procurement requests from organizational units, and update you in procurement records.
- Preparing suppliers’ data and updating it on an ongoing basis
- Preparing and developing the purchasing department and developing purchasing plans
- Suggest any new ideas that would improve procurement efficiency to the direct manager
- Coordination in order to conduct a technical analysis of the offers and ensure their compliance with the Authority’s standards and requirements
