- Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring the attendance of branch employees and their various types of leaves, and amending the forms when needed.
- Apply policies and procedures for annual, sick, emergency and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leaves policy and apply end-of-service procedures.
- Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively raising problems, if they exist, to the department director
- Updating information related to employees by recording and documenting all information related to employees
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
At least one year of experience in the field of human resources
