- Preparing and developing sub-plans and executive programs for legal affairs in a manner consistent with the entity’s goals and aspirations
- Responding to all incoming legal inquiries and questions and providing legal advice on everything related to various legal affairs and obligations
- Follow up and direct the activities of conducting studies and legal research specialized in the entity’s field of work, and study all legal issues related to the entity and follow up on disputes and issues in which the entity is a party.
- Introducing employees and those working in legal affairs and all departments to the new legal legislation, identifying the difficulties they may face in applying it, and identifying the shortcomings, ambiguities, and legal loopholes that may lie in the texts of these rules and legislation.
- Supervising the preparation of the necessary legal documents, papers, and reports documented with evidence and legal supports related to the cases
