Job description:
- Study and analyze specialized international experiences and practices in the field of human resources control and the possibility of benefiting from them or the feasibility of applying them and submitting recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
- Study and analyze the implemented human resources processes related to the implementation of established regulations, such as adherence to functional requirements when hiring, transfers, promotions, etc., and work to evaluate them in coordination with the rest of the human resources departments and relevant organizational units in the entity.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to monitoring human resources, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and storing them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- Developing work methods and procedures using modern technologies and keeping pace with developments and developments in the field of human resources control
- Analyze and review human resources operations and ensure their compliance with approved systems, regulations and procedures
Requirements:
