• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Legal risk management
• Resolving legal disputes

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Stay informed of legal developments
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (Master's preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in the field of providing legal consultations
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to data center operation
