- Cashier employees are required to work in restaurants in Medina
Functional tasks:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing excellent customer service
- Analyzing and recording customer orders accurately in the cashier system
- Providing accurate invoices and clarification to customers about the amounts due
- Receive and process cash payments accurately according to established procedures
- Processing electronic payments and ensuring their integrity
- Providing daily reports on sales and reconciling the cashier at the end of the day
- Help record other financial transactions, such as discounts and offers
- Interacting with the restaurant team to solve any financial problem or clarification to customers
- Commitment to integrity standards and protecting the confidentiality of financial information
Requirements:
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a pleasant and effective manner
Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
Good knowledge of cashier systems and point of sale programs
High accuracy in data entry and basic calculations
