- Delivering letters and parcels issued to governmental, private and relevant agencies
- Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up on the completion of transactions and procedures with relevant government and private agencies
- Renewing all company documents and licenses
- Follow up on the mail and bring it to the company headquarters
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work

Requirements:
Handle more than one task at the same time while maintaining the quality of the received items
Accuracy in dealing with papers, documents, and supplies circulated between departments
Ability to use computers and Microsoft programs to create tables and prepare documents
