- A residential complex supervisor is required for workers to work in the city of Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising the complexes in terms of supervising workers, submitting housing reports to senior management, performing the necessary maintenance of electrical and plumbing materials, and securing the necessary needs for workers.
- Submitting billing reports (water - electricity - purchase orders through the Oracle program)
- Supervising housing coordinators
- Conduct weekly field visits, submit reports on the status of housing, evaluate housing coordinators, and raise the necessary housing and labor needs
Requirements:
Experience in the field of labor housing and office administrative supervision
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
Language requirements:
English-fluent
