Job Description
- The senior leadership participates in formulating goals, drawing up the strategic plan and general policy, and making decisions that concern the company as a whole
- Preparing plans and work programs for human resources management activities and the time period for their implementation and follow-up
- Participate in preparing the company’s general budget by preparing the proposed budget for the department responsible for it
- Act as a liaison between senior management and employees by dealing with questions and assisting in solving work-related problems
- Develop, implement and monitor all required administrative regulations, policies and procedures regarding human resources and administrative affairs
- Supervising periodic recruitment and leading orientation for new employees, to ensure complete awareness among employees of the job description
- Issuing recommendations regarding the organizational structure and employment rates and maintaining this to achieve the company’s goals
- Carrying out recruitment tasks for vacant positions and working to reduce the labor turnover rate
- Developing employees professionally in line with the company’s strategy
- Conducting training needs analysis studies and meeting with department directors and heads of other departments to determine training needs
- Develop training plans for employees and follow up on their implementation to develop the administrative and technical skills of employees in accordance with the budget approved by senior management
- Supervising and following up on the periodic performance evaluation process for employees and examining the evaluation results to ensure effectiveness, commitment and fairness within the company
- Preparing reporting procedures and recommendations to reduce the rate of absence and exit of employees
- Ensure the correct keeping of employee records and documents and their database
- Follow up the process of disbursing monthly salaries and ensure the process of delivering salary items to all employees on a monthly basis
- Direct supervision, follow-up and evaluation of the performance of employees in the administration, developing them and assisting them in performing the tasks assigned to them, in order to raise their practical performance to ensure the optimal workflow and the availability of allowances for performing the various tasks.

Requirements:
At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
At least five years of experience in the field of human resources
Preferably those who have a certificate or accredited courses in human resources
Proficiency in English
Excellent computer skills
Good background in the areas of recruitment, wages, organizational planning, employee relations, training and raising the level of employee loyalty
