Job description:
- An employment and training specialist is required to carry out the recruitment and training process at the association level
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in (Human Resources - Business Administration) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in recruitment and training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with potential candidates and employees
  • The ability to understand the needs of the association and analyze the skills required for different jobs
  • Ability to accurately assess candidates' skills and abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective and appropriate training programs
  • A deep understanding of laws related to employment and labor
  • Computer skills and its applications
  • Ability to use social networks and publish recruitment advertisements
  • Proficiency in using human resources management programs
