Roles and responsibilities:
• Contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies
• Cooperating and providing support to the General Manager or his representative in supervising management operations
• Organizing and attending marketing events and events to raise awareness of the organization’s brand
• Planning advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of digital and print media
• Liaising with stakeholders and vendors to enhance the success of activities and enhance the presence of the organization
• Follow up all projects until completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Preparing content for publishing marketing materials and supervising their dissemination
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities available for the organization's products
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for the marketing department
• Manages the process of designing and producing various promotional materials, whether electronic or tangible
• Addresses customer service problems and monitors the level of website search engines
• Tests new marketing methods and addresses gaps in marketing campaigns
• Carrying out any tasks assigned to him by the manager that are not fundamentally different from his duties
Requirements:
Obtaining a diploma or equivalent degree in marketing, media, or management
Experience in marketing and customer service at least one year
Constant knowledge of the different methods of marketing products
Good knowledge of website analysis tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Proficient in communication skills and possessing an analytical mindset
Attention to detail and ability to present creative ideas
