- Install, modify, and repair errors in computers (hardware), operating systems, and software (software).
- Review tickets or technical support requests submitted by employees, discover problems, and work to fix them to maintain productivity
- Follow up on everything necessary on the main server and create employee accounts with different powers
- Providing the required technical support for all systems and devices used, or following up with the competent authority, if any
- Carrying out the tasks assigned to him related to his job objectives
