- A caterer is required to work at a popular food restaurant in Medina
- Working hours: 8 hours
- One day weekly vacation
Functional tasks:
- Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome
- Provide the menu, explain the available items, and provide recommendations
- Listen carefully to customers’ requests and guide them in choosing meals
- Directing orders to the kitchen and ensuring that they are executed in the required manner and in a timely manner
- Ensure the quality of food and drinks before serving them to customers
- Providing assistance in cleaning tables and arranging the place for arriving customers
- Responding to additional customer needs such as order modifications or additional requests
- Submit invoices and process payments correctly and quickly
- Contribute to advanced sales of special offers or new products
- Packaging orders safely and cleanly, ensuring the safety of containers and utensils
- Arranging orders and preparing them for delivery to the delivery employee or directly to customers in the restaurant
- Collaborate with the cooking team and service staff to ensure coordination of work and provide the best customer experience
Functional skills:
- The ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner with customers, understand their needs and direct them correctly
- Ability to highlight special offers and products, and provide appropriate recommendations to dining customers
- The ability to work in a team spirit, cooperate with co-workers, and deal kindly and respectfully with customers
- The ability to manage orders effectively to meet customer needs in a timely manner
