Basic tasks:
◦ Coordinating and attending meetings, recording and editing meeting minutes.
◦ Receiving the Director-General’s guests and supervising the relevant arrangements.
◦ Organizing the General Manager’s appointments, reminding him of them, dealing with inquiries, responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the Director.
◦ Conducting regular correspondence with external and internal parties and following up on their signature and approval by the director.

◦ Preserving and organizing documents and files related to the General Director’s work.
