- Propose and implement approved systems, policies and procedures for the maintenance department
- Developing the necessary periodic and preventive maintenance programs for cars, equipment, and transportation, and ensuring their implementation
- Working to reduce maintenance costs and not exceeding the approved budget for this
- Submitting periodic reports to the department director on the workshop’s activity, the work completed, and suggestions to improve the work and raise employee productivity
- Approval of detailed data and documents for expenses
- Working to maintain faults in cars, equipment, and transportation in a timely manner
- Providing frequently used spare parts and accessories in appropriate quantities in the workshop warehouse
- Providing tools to assist in carrying out the technicians’ work in the workshop
- Applying industrial safety standards and security rules in the workshop and all workshop branches in the company
- Carrying out administrative and supervisory tasks related to the department’s employees, including organizing, distributing, and scheduling tasks, vacations, and evaluating performance
- Follow up and monitor the department’s employees’ compliance with work regulations in terms of working hours, cleanliness of the place, not smoking inside the workshop, and maintaining the dates given for the delivery of transportation.
- Training and development of technicians in the department
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by his direct manager or the department director within the scope of his work
