Roles and responsibilities:
• Receiving customers in an appropriate manner and preparing to assist them
• Completing sales operations and achieving the required sales percentage
• Maintaining the customer database and records of potential customers
• Cooperating and participating with the work team to build a strong network of relationships and complete sales operations
• Providing advice to customers about their needs and suggestions, in a pleasant manner
• Supervising the arrangement and cleaning of goods inside the exhibition
• Providing accurate information about the products offered, such as prices, product features, and after-sales services
• Make comparisons between prices and features that distinguish products from each other, in order to encourage customers to purchase
• Follow up the sales process from the beginning until it is delivered to the customer
• Ensure that the place’s accounts are settled correctly at the end of each working day
• Follow the correct procedures for managing sales funds
• Any tasks assigned to him by the manager that are not fundamentally different from his duties
Requirements:
Diploma degree or equivalent
At least one year of practical experience in the field of sales and customer service
Ability to make multiple phone calls and email communications during the day
Proficiency in Internet networking skills and the ability to present products and services
Excellent proficiency in oral and written communication skills
