• Preparing the department’s operational structure based on the methodology of the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority
• Applying standard processes and procedures for document management prepared by the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority
• Assisting the government entity in choosing an enterprise content management system according to the guidelines of the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority
• Implementing the enterprise content management system in accordance with the provisions of the unified regulations for administrative documents and archives
• Applying standard procedures for numbering documents prepared by the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority
• Establishing a structure for storing and archiving current project documents with the contractor
• Monitor and review the performance of document management in the university’s project management, including spot checks and other verifications of compliance with record keeping requirements for each project.
