A sales manager with experience in the field of building materials is required to work in the city of Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establishing a distribution network and building a highly efficient sales team
- Planning and setting the necessary budget to reach the company’s sales goals to achieve the highest sales at an appropriate cost
- Study and set prices so that the company’s products are sold at the highest prices appropriate to the targeted share of the market
- Follow up on the prices of competitive products and the ability to maximize the strengths of the company’s products and contribute constructive opinions to improve the company’s products by communicating with the production department, financial department and other company departments.
- Defining sales policies and targets for the sales team, training to develop the sales team’s skills, following up on their work, and helping them reach their targets
- Building and monitoring the brand, improving its image, raising customer loyalty, and following up and monitoring sales activities
- Building strong relationships with major customers, distributors and companies, targeting supply contracts, projects and long-term agreements
- Communicate with customers and solve any problem, if any
- Follow up on the implementation of approved sales plans, identify deviations, and work to solve any problem that hinders the implementation of the plan with all departments concerned with that
- Study the market and forecast variables that could affect sales movement in order to take measures to limit the decline in sales.
- Submitting reports to senior management that help improve products and participating in company department meetings to develop joint plans to reach the highest profitability
- Evaluating the sales team, analyzing sales data and comparing it with the budget and company plans
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience is required
Experience in the field of contracting and building materials
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
It is preferable to work on Odoo
Negotiation and communication skills
Language requirements:
English-good
