- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive attitude and assisting them in finding their way within the office
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and transfer them according to specialty
- Organizing scheduling meetings for administration rooms in coordination with other departments
- Preparing the meeting room with the required supplies
- Follow up on requests from the Office of the President and Vice President
- Assistance for any administrative work requested from the direct manager or the general administration
- Follow up on providing hospitality to the guests of the Office of the President and Vice President
- Ensure that the reception location remains tidy at all times
- Ensure that visitors adhere to the company’s rules inside the building
- Activating the use of e-mail as an official means of communication within the company
- Activate the use of the company account with regard to express shipping companies
- Receiving shipping company employees, receiving shipments and delivering them to departments according to specialization
Requirements:
Secondary qualification or diploma (recent graduate) or 6 months of experience
