- Follow up on attendance and departure of employees
- Facilitating internal procedures and determining their controls, such as vacations, errands, etc
- Follow up on daily employee requests and speed up their implementation
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Preparing the monthly salaries of employees and downloading all monthly benefits
- Ensure that all employees are fully aware of company policies, especially regarding promotions, compensation, and penalties
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or any related field
1-3 years of experience in the field of human resources
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
Working under pressure and the ability to organize time
